Submission to the SBI on observers’ participation in the UNFCCC processes

In this submission the Ecosystem Climate Alliance (ECA) makes recommendations and practical suggestions to the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) as it considers ways to allow observer participation in UNFCCC negotiations and processes.
